I have over 20 years experience working with busy families transforming their living spaces to give them a home that functions better because I believe that Good Design should make your every day living easy.
It all began with pizza- a true story!
Our "Friday Night" pizza delivery man kept commenting on how nice I decorated my first home. So ,I took the plunge, and went back to school to get formal training to turn my decorating hobby into a business.
It took 2 years at night school, while I was a stay-at-home mom raising 2 children, to receive my Interior Decorating designation with Honours from Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario.
I added my Staging Diva Home Staging certification to my design portfolio to complete my design offerings. I have worked with contractors and homeowners using my design skills for various home design and decorating projects.
My Interior Design philosophy has always been
Function First, Style Second. I use every advantage I can
to give you real-world solutions focusing on functional solutions first, before we invest in style updates, because I believe everyone deserves to live in a comfortable and beautiful home no matter your budget.
My family recently moved to Calgary from Ontario and are looking forward planting some roots in our new home town.
